"Includes firm small padded inserts, good for hiding on cold days. Pretty supportive. Underbust band fits well, but rest is quite roomy and without the inserts things move alot (I'm an AU 16D). Zip has catch underneath but zip doesn't lock when zipper is not lifted so does move a little. Good for light workouts only."

It's supportive without pushing my chest up to my neck like most others do, not having to constantly adjust and pull it down which is great.
